The big new from Berlin this morning was Eliud Kipchoge’s World Record run of 2:01.10. From a Clonliffe perspective although Stephen Scullion was a DNF, there was a brilliant six and a half minute PB by Anto Doran of 2:44.42, achieved with precision like splits of, believe it or not, 1:22.21/1:22.21!! Fine runs also by Garrett Loy clocking 2:58.10 with a half way split of 1:26.52 and Philip Richards 3:35.10.
