Athletics Ireland today named the Irish teams to contest an International Trail Race in the Lake District, England on June 17th against England, Scotland and Wales. There are three Clonliffe athletes named. Louise Hill-Sterling, well know mountain runner, a member of the Clonliffe women`s National 10k winning team and who recently set a 10,000m track PB is in the junior women`s team. Sarah McCormack, who lead the Clonliffe women to that 10k title with an individual bronze medal and winner of the British Universities 10,000 track title in the Olympic Stadium leads the senior women and in the senior men Brian McMahon, Limerick Marathon winner two weeks back.
