The Grand Prix Sub Committee are in advanced planning for the 2014 Clonliffe Grand Prix Series. This year`s series will feature once again the major club races: Horan Cup, O`Connor Cup, Walker Cup, Irwin Cup, Frank White Cup, Mick Murphy Memorial to name a few and will include races on the Road, Cross Country and Track.
Round 1 will be the Frank White 5 Mile on the track on April 3rd in memory of former Clonliffe athlete (Frank competed in the 1958 World 2 Mile Record) and Honorary Secretary, followed by the McDonald Cup, 4 Mile on April 17th. Full schedule will be released soon.
Entry is now open. Print off the attached Entry Form and give it with €30 entry fee to any of the Grand Prix Sub Committee members. Entry may be restricted on safety grounds so it is advisable to entry now.
