Cathal Doyle propelled himself into the top 10 Clonliffe All Time rankings last night with a brilliant run in the 5000 at the Stanford Invitational in Palo Alto, California. Running in the A race Cathal took something like half a minute off his track PB as he clocked a superb 13.38.01 in finishing 9th. That time places his 7th in the Clonliffe rankings.
