A good group of the club’s senior middle distance women are currently enjoying warm weather training in Monte Gordo, Portugal. The group of women’s captain Jenny Johnston, vice captain Laura Tuite, Sarah Bateson, Sarah Hawkshaw, Kate Connell and Meghan O’Keeffe travelled on St. Patrick’s day to get some training in in preparation for the upcoming track season. Reports back confirm that the sessions are going well on the track and on the trails around the facility.
