Although we jumped the gun a bit last month it can now be confirmed that Athletics Ireland have announced the provisional fixture list for 2021. All of course is subject to the Covid 19 situation and a move in the easing of restrictions. The fixtures released show the track & field season starting with the Leinster Championships on the June Bank Holiday weekend, followed by the AAI Games, National Juniors and then National Seniors at the end of June. July will see rounds 1 and 2 of the National League and the Dublin juvenile championships spread over 3 days, confined to U/14s to U/19s. The National Juveniles Championships and the final of the league are set for August with the Masters scheduled for September 5th to round off what will hopefully be an action packed season.
