Grand Prix News: Clonliffe 2

Race report by Liam Hennessy as follows: Round 3 of the Grand Prix Series took place Thursday in conjunction with The Clonliffe 2 mile Tommy Burton Cup – Morton Stadium / Santry Demesne – Cool, dry evening / 10 Degrees / Slight breeze / Good conditions for running.

The rain held off, as many of the 56 Grand Prix Runners who took part were first timers to the 2017 series, eager to make an impression on the Grand Prix Points Table.

The following is the result of the Grand Prix Handicap from the 126th running of the Clonliffe 2 mile / Tommy Burton Cup race;

1st Place – Ollie Power
2nd Place – Katie Hennigan
3rd Place – Karl Nolan

Prizes for 2 Mile will be presented next Thursday, May, 4th.

The points table will be updated in due course.
